Leonard Silverstein, 88; beloved husband of Marilyn and the late Ethel; loving father of Barry (Joyce) and Julie (Allen) Glass; adoring Papa of Adam (Rebecca) Pesche, Ali (Matthew) Lerner, Sara (Michael) Stern, Laura Silverstein, David (Stephanie) Silverstein, Barry (Melissa) Glass, Adam (Rachel) Glass, David (Jessica) Rast and Michael Rast; proud great- grandfather of Payton, Walker, Delilah, Kinzie, Hadley, Wednesday, Nash and Delancey; dear step-father of David Rast; cherished brother of Annabelle Dale, Delores Trudow and the late Harvey Silverstein; treasured uncle and friend of many. Leonard was President Emeritus of Zionist Organization of Chicago, a founding member of Volunteers for Israel Chicago Chapter and a passionate supporter of Jewish causes and the State of Israel.
